Holy Cross St. Vincent de Paul is an all-volunteer Catholic Lay Charity that provides assistance to poor and needy families in greater Las Cruces. While we pray for a better world, we put action behind our prayers to bring immediate assistance to those in need. Everyone is welcome to help us help our neighbors.
The Holy Cross St. Vincent de Paul began operating in 1988, with donations of clothing distributed from a garage near Holy Cross Church in 1988. Our isolated Conference became affiliated with the National Council in 2012 as a nonprofit organization recognized by the IRS. The Thrift Store was moved from Picacho Street to South Valley in 2016 and then to the current location at 125 E. Idaho Avenue in 2024.

Most of our funding comes from Holy Cross parishioner donations and from the sale of donated goods at our Thrift Store. Our Thrift Store takes bargain shopping to a whole new level. You get great merchandise and we put every dollar you spend to good use. The Thrift Store is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm.
